NH Mexico City Valle Dorado

The facilities are nice and the hotel is well located. The room is clean and so is the bathroom (no ventilation though). Check in is very time consuming and there is one or two staff max. So if you have people ahead of you, multiply 10min times the people ahead of you and get ready to wait. There is no concierge. If you lose your key you need to wait in line with everyone else to get another key. There is an ironing board in the room BUT NO IRON! Room service does not answer the phone. You need to call the front desk and have you transferred. Breakfast... please change those horrible tongs. I attached a picture of how they SHOULD be please! The current one makes it impossible to pick up fruit or ham/cheese! Finally, the air conditioning in the room must have a leak from the kitchen as it smells fried fish around dinner time. Not a good experience.....

Excellent accommodations and services. The restaurant is a great differential, with a friendly atmosphere and happiness. Leaded by Mr. Erasmo and specially supported by Lucia around the tables and Daniel in the kitchen, plus the whole team, they bring to the customer a well done menu and also a few customized requests! I always enjoy this hotel!
