Normally write reviews after leaving the hotel but supremely confident I can summarise now as any problems would be addressed promptly if they arise. It's a family run hotel but you won't know whether staff are family or not as all are so very friendly, helpful, informed and patient. We're celebrating our golden anniversary and if only our marriage was so perfect! Just joking, I'm a lucky fella. The rooms are spotless and ours large enough to need wheels to get from lounge through bedroom to balcony. Modern technology let's the staff know when the room is available for servicing. Multiple sockets for mobile chargers etc and terrace doors glide silently. Plenty of shelves for clothes etc. We had a wardrobe each and two balconies also. Breakfast/Dining/bar room is attractively designed with separate free flowing areas for drinks, meat and cheeses, croissants etc. Attentive staff ensure things run smoothly. Tables are also outside under canopied area or open air. Location is excellent but....if elderly we suggest walking to the centre of town by the lakeside path and getting taxi back from car park as gradual uphill 'stroll' after dark. My review could just have been "perfect", "perfecto","magnifico" with a definite "grazie mille"
