Excellent location, helpful staff, and the view from the terrace is simply breathtaking!

My main request was a room with a view of the pyramids, and it was fulfilled 100%! The view is simply stunning! The hotel itself is also quite good for the price. However, if you're not an adrenaline junkie, it's probably best not to venture outside the hotel 😅. As soon as you step out, you'll see the real Cairo slums! But the hotel itself is excellent with very good service 👍

Absolutely perfect room with a tomb view. Enjoying a drink on the rooftop terrace while gazing at the pyramids was an amazing experience. The location is about 2 kilometers from both the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, making transportation very convenient.

The service is excellent, and the terrace offers a wonderful view of the pyramids.

Excellent location near the pyramids. Great view from the 13th floor. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The only downsides were the slightly dodgy small elevator up to the 13th floor and the internet, which, despite being fast, kept disconnecting.

The so-called "pyramid side view" room actually only offers a city view. You can't see the pyramids from the room at all. To catch a glimpse, you have to lean out the window, and even then, you'll only see a tiny fraction of them. So, the hotel is dishonest and deceptive. If you want to see the pyramids, you'll have to go to the rooftop terrace. Definitely do NOT book the pyramid side view room! Furthermore, the area downstairs is quite unpleasant, and the Wi-Fi is poor, even cutting out at night. At 4 AM, you'll be jolted awake by very loud chanting from loudspeakers, so be prepared to be disturbed. The hotel clearly states check-out is before 12 PM, but the front desk insisted we leave by 11 AM! The only positive point is the excellent pyramid view from the terrace, and one young male server at breakfast provided outstanding service.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon trip to Egypt because we were looking for a hotel with a pyramid view. The hotels in Giza (near the pyramids) are generally quite old and run-down, and the streets around them, along with the elevators going up to the rooms, are so dilapidated that you might feel like asking for a refund. However, once you enter the room, it's perfectly fine! We stayed for two nights and had no discomfort. If you're going purely for the pyramid view, it's absolutely fantastic!!! The breakfast was also decent, and on our last day, even though we said it was fine, they kept bringing us various things and were incredibly kind!! Neither of us are good at English, and my English is basically 'Konglish,' but they were patient and never showed any frustration, trying their best to accommodate almost all our requests. There was absolutely no sign of discrimination or dislike towards Asians. Best kindness, best pyramid view!👍🏻
