There is no king size matrasse, only 2 separate bed, which was not comfy.

Such a good hotel, such a good breakfast (although the price is expensive), but it is worth it, but the level of service team members is too different. I checked in the day before and gave a room with a sloping roof. I bumped into it and it hurt ~~~ The hotel insisted that there are no spare rooms and muttered: the booked room is so cheap! Can you give me a plausible reason?
I unpacked my luggage and was about to wash up. I wiped the washstand with an alcohol wipe, and my scalp was numb. It hadn't been cleaned at all. I strongly demanded and changed the room. I returned to the hotel late at night from March 9th to March 13th, and the 12th was not cleaned and towels were not replaced. Disappointed, change the hotel decisively!

The Neckarsulm hotel is located a few kilometers from the highway therefore it takes the time to find it. The hotel is located in the office neighborhood and it was quite quiet. It is too bad that there is no free parking around there.
The room and the bathroom were very clean with enough space for 2 people. My wife and I really enjoyed the comfy beds and very comfortable beddings. Unfortunately we found the breakfast for 16 Euro per person being very expensive and not attractive at all.

we arrived early evening and got the car into the underground carpark, we were given a lovely room upgrade and had a large room with a sofa. The room was great and had velux windows that you could look at the church and nearby square, the bathroom was modern and clean. We had beer in the bar and all of the staff spoke excellent English, we walked to the brew house to have dinner but the hotel looked to offer a decent selection also. Breakfast was again very comprehensive and many things were offered, hot & cold options available with fantastic breads freshly baked! thank you Nestor for a great stay!

The hotel had refused the stay. They said it was due to new regulations. They needed a PCR test which we didn't have. They then refused to give back the money I paid for the room. They said it was their terms and conditions. Terrible service! Terrible hotel. Never i will book again.

Great hotel in a good area. Hotel is clean and luxurious. Great breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The offer of the breakfast buffet was very rich and left nothing to be desired. What I didn't like was that you have to pay extra for the hotel parking lot.

Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel,da es für unseren Zweck eine gute Lage hat.
Leider wird immer mehr gespart.Im Bad keine Gläser,sondern Pappe Becher zum Zähne putzen und die Matratzen rutschen vom Bett.
Minibar war mal und es ist nur noch ein leerer Schrank.
Kein Schuhanzieher,Putzzeug oder knabberein
