Great hotel! Excellent room it has everything you need after arriving from a flight! Great value

Overall ok

This place hardly a mile from the Kochi airport. It is more of a lodge than hotel. Small room, clean toilet and not so clean linen.No restaurant here and they would arrange food from outside. People talking loudly in the corridor disturbed the sleep till 12pm.While booking through booking. com, it was never mentioned that the room was non a/c. As the a/c remote was missing, on contacting reception they said a/c will cost another Rs. 250.Paid and the remote was given.

Oh boy, the rooms are TINY, say max about 90 sq ft, excluding the toilet. At Rs 1,400/- (Rupees One Thiusand and Four Hundred Only), per day, it is day light robbery, considering that i have stayed at their other and adjacent property by the name of Base 9, at lesser price n that too when they at Base 9 have a living room, a bedroom, a small balcony n a pantry..comprising a room. Blue Bell was a complete letdown at that price. Appropriate price for the tiny room at Blue Bell shd be in the region of Rs 500/- a day and at that rate too, i would not take it. I booked there only because of proximity ti the airport but proximity to ariport does not mean a room as small as 90 sq feet n that may be if i am optimistic. Never again at Blue Bell However, their employees r very well meaning n helpful. Shyam at the reception is very genuine n earnest in his approach. And a bell boy named Rajkumar of NE origin is very resourceful Their kitchen, however is excellent in as much as it serves authentic north indian food, run by a well meaning soul by the name of Ankur. Poori Bhaaji as a breakfast is a must try, though the restaurant is ONLY VEG n therefore, i would have only breakfast from there Regards SHAJU FRANCIS ADVOCATE NEW DELHI

Very neat and compact room. It's a lodge more than a hotel best suitable for a night stay to catch early morning flights. It takes hardly 15 mins to reach the airport. There's a veg restaurant adjacent to the hotel. We can order non veg food also which will be delivered from a nearby hotel. We ordered Chicken Biryani, ****tta with egg gravy and it tasted very good. It doesn't have an elevator but the staff is very friendly and courteous to carry the luggage. Mr Shyam took care of us very well by arranging food, cab etc. Only drawback is the roomsize which is ok for max 2 persons only. For solo business trips it's more than sufficient.

Bright side: Clean rooms AC was good Very close to airport Flip side: Very small rooms Facility like restaurant, isnt actually available. Hotel do not have their own restaurant. You need to order your food from out side the hotel and of course it get cold till it is served. No hot water in shower My room wasn't cleaned up post first night stay in-spite i told the guy. No closet or cupboard. There was an open cabinet. No place for a chair in the room No lift Limited car parking place Hotel or should i say Lodge?? is located on a very narrow, curvy road. Hence vehicles constantly honk out on the road.
