A great cozy place to spend a quiet holiday in Negombo, near to the beach, nearby restaurants, convenient stores and most importantly the home atmosphere and the friendly staff at Christima Residence. Chamara and his team ensures that the comfort and the service he provides is at its best at all times. It has a beauftully maintained garden, a great mid sized pool, tasty food and refreshing juices to offer. It has great options for rooms and 2 bedroom apartments. I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for comfort, cleanliness, worth for your money and friendly service with a smile. Thanks to Chamara for making our stay a memorable one.

I stayed at Christima Residence for 9 days and really enjoyed my time there. The pool and garden area is super nice to chill out and the rooms are clean and have everything you need. The owner, Charmara, is really helpful and always available if you have any questions and the ladies that work there are lovely too! If you’re in need of a good feed; I definitely recommend a short walk down the road to Paloma Restaurant. Thanks Charms, will see you again soon 😊

Great place to stay! It’s centrally located in the beach area and yet tranquil. Good rooms, clean, good shower, great pool. Very friendly host who speaks fluent English and very helpful. Perfect for the days when you arrive and before you leave back home again (and in between).

I’ve traveled a lot but never in my life I felt as welcomed as here. The host is great and can help travelers with literary everything, he really helped me to make my trip perfect and was always there ready to help me Rooms are great, clean and spacious and the pool is great too, highly recommended!

This is "The best place in negombo". Our favourite place to stay. Feels like home!! Wonderful host Mr. Chamara Fernando and his team are are always ready to serve you with utmost care and importance. Beautiful & fully equipped 2bedroom apartments & Rooms. Lovely step-in pool. Overall 10/10 Excellent place for foreigners!!! Thank you Chamara for yet another wonderful stay!! We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and washing machine. The pool is wonderful and gardens are very well maintained. The breakfatss are large and delicious! The owner is very kind and helpful - visit Jhony cafe for great kottu. A great value option and a good alternative to staying in Colombo before / after flights.

The places was really nice, we could use the pool even at the evening. The owner was super nice, he helped us with our trip too, he gave us advices. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough, the place and our room was clean and nice too
