⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Jetwing Sea, Negombo Our family stayed at Jetwing Sea from 11th June 2026 to 17th June 2026, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere that made our vacation memorable. A special note of appreciation goes to Mr. Kelum Jayawera (General Manager), whose professionalism, leadership, and warm hospitality were evident throughout our stay. His dedication to guest satisfaction is reflected in the exceptional service provided by the entire team. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Kushlohko (Manager), Ms. Oshadi (Front Office Executive), Mr. Rumesh (Assistant Housekeeper), Mr. Sakuna (Barman), Mr. Manchonayaka (Senior Barman), and Mr. Prabash (Beverage Service Boy) for their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to assist us at every opportunity. They always greeted us with genuine smiles, made us feel welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were excellent—clean, spacious, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our stay. The food was exceptionally well prepared, fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Every meal was enjoyable, and the restaurant staff ensured a pleasant dining experience. The bar team was equally impressive, providing outstanding service with professionalism and warmth. What truly sets Jetwing Sea apart is its people. Every member of the staff treated us like family, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our holiday. Their friendliness, courtesy, and genuine hospitality transformed a wonderful hotel stay into an unforgettable experience. I stayed here for a few day prior to a tour starting. The room was spacious and I had a nice view of the beach/pool area. The hotel is very well kept and was in a good location, within walkable distance to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The beach bar staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and pool attendant were extremely friendly. The food at breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. It was very relaxing couple of days which was exactly what I was after. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We initially booked for one day, but loved the hotel so much that we extended our stay. Everything was excellent – from the reception and check-in to the pool, beach access, and breakfast. Breakfast had a good variety and was served quickly. There are even squirrels hopping around the hotel! The pool is warm and convenient. There are sun loungers around the pool, and the sun shines directly overhead, perfect for tanning. Beautiful sunsets, and a beach nearby with loungers you can use if you order from the cafe, where you can relax and swim. It's close to the airport, making it ideal for a rest before departure or after arrival. The sea in Negombo was the warmest we experienced during our 3-week stay in Sri Lanka.

A very pleasant trip! Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Since it was our honeymoon, they even gave us a small cake! The room was spacious, though the furniture was a bit dated, but the view was fantastic, directly facing the infinity pool and the beach. In the mornings, you can go to the beach to watch fishing; there are so many seagulls and crows, and even dogs! If I ever stay here again, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

This is very good place for the single female traveller. It is very quiet because no kids allowed. Just fine being part of the lagoon with the whole bunch of different birds that you are generally see in your country of origin you’re from Europe. I generally don’t eat much of the menu apart from the curries which are superb. They are not many Sri Lankan dishes. The pool is the longest pool in Hotel in Sri Lanka in the hotel was designed by one of Sri Lanka’s most well-known architects. The design of the whole Hotel and the rooms really compelling to move and I come to this hotel again and again. You get quite a good discount if you stay there after a number of days.

Номер чистый, убираются каждый день. Из плюсов все. В номере нет питьевой воды, только в холле стоит кулер в котором нет горячей воды только холодная, нет чайника, нет фена. В ванной только кусок мыла. С потолка постоянно сыпется что то похожее на песок. Завтрак не включен, покупать на месте 10$. До океана близко но пляжи грязные, океан грязный, купаться не советую. Переночевать перед полетом пойдет не более.

Amazing stay, I was only here one night but the team organised to have my yoga session and treatments early in the morning as well late checkout so I could enjoy all the compliments of the stay while I had the time here. The entire team - Kalaka, Gihantha, Anusha, Malaka and Mr Nimanka. Especially when I was getting scammed by my PickMe driver the team arranged to call one for me.

An amazing hotel, incredibly spacious with private villas. It's so quiet and serene, directly facing the Indian Ocean. You can walk right out to the beach and fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night. The service was also very friendly.
