GGuest UserFirst look on their IG and I knew I had to book this for my father’s 61st bday. Everytime we were at the hotel, it was a struggle between “I want to make the most out of this relaxing haven of pure green lush and, no let’s go outside and be with the locals”. My family fell in love with this hotel to the point that we want to go back just to stay here. The restaurants in their place are all so great too. Our favorite is Si Senor.

GGuest UserWe had a truly amazing stay, thank you to all the staff, your hospitality/kindness/smiley faces were amazing 👍 The Resort was small and cute,& right on the beach/sea & the attention to detail for all the guests was brilliant.. The rooms were spacious, very clean with all the amenities, including a mini bar. Our introduction to the Scuba Diving course was brilliant, and I would tell anyone who wants to do Scuba Diving for the 1st time to go to this resort. Donde the Dive instructor was brilliant, very efficient & conscious re health/safety, BUT had the best personality to make you feel at ease. Any nerves we may have had in the swimming pool, @ our introduction, were all gone when we were sitting on the Sea Bed watching a Sea Turtle sleep 😂 I never thought at the start of the day, we would end the day having done two amazing Dives, We will definitely be back to do another Dive the ” next” step with Donde👍The Food was also amazing, my husband enjoyed the fresh Tuna tapa👍 Lots of variety, and very well priced including the Vino👍 The Breakfast was the best of all the resorts we've stayed in the Philipines, & that is normally the negative in any of my reviews😂 Thankyou to all the staff we look forward to seeing you all again soon. Keep your smiley faces👍

GGuest UserWe spent 3 days at this resort. We have mixed feelings. I'll start with the good. The staff was excellent and provided great service. Offering to bring our meals to our room, the pool deck or dining area. Always polite and cheerful. Our room was clean, comfortable and properly supplied. There is a spring fed small hot pool area and a large salt water pool. The questionable: This is an older resort and is showing its age. Exterior exposed, electrical wiring was obviuos and questionable (by USA standards) concrete and tiles were cracked. The bad: the grassy areas had litter, bottle caps and cigarette butts. Small rock made walking a cautious experience. The beach area had debris. The drive from the main highway to the resort was concrete, Except, the last 200 meters. That stretch was dirt with large rocks and muddy areas that made transiting on tricycle almost prohibitive. It should be paved. Again, more trash which diminished the quality of the resort. Having said all that, we would consider staying there in the future, primarily because of the staff.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good, not great. The toilet seat was broken in my room. I assumed, each day when I would come back, that it would be fixed based on them cleaning the toilet every day, but no. Until I asked, 4 days in, the staff never bothered. Also was surprised that breakfast (included with the room each day) had to be ordered the night before every day. If you forgot to order, you didn’t get breakfast. Also, I would think that, when something is required to be ordered for a specific time, that it would be good and hot - not so. Eggs were cold each morning when they delivered my breakfast, so they must prepare early and then bring at the specified time. The pool was nice, the staff was pleasant and the room was good and clean. I prefer other hotels in the area that are slightly higher priced, but the service level is exceptionally higher. I’ll keep them in mind as a “Plan B”, but it will not be my first choice.
