Considering the absence of branded properties in a small city such as Nellore, Minerva Grand does well to fill the gap via warm service, spacious rooms & a convenient location. The professional touch & finesse is lacking though - the wi-fi & the safe deposit locker didn’t work.

The hotel felt like BLOODY HELL. Made us wait for one hour for check in even though booked 1 month prior with advance. The front desk receptionist was arrogant and careless. Bad behaviour of staff with guests. When bought outside food the ***ager and staff behaved and talked insultingly. Rooms were smelling really bad and we're unhygienic. The food ordered in hotel was overly priced and tasteless. Overall it was all worthless

Stayed for 5 days to attend a wedding . Hotel is good and clearly designed as a functional business hotel not a leisure hotel . Breakfasts were good , rooms nice , service was pleasant . Wifi however was poor which was not ideal . Location is very good .

Big Rooms, Hygenic Bath rooms and nice restaurant. Located on the Main road. Accessable to shopping. Staff support is nice and looking once again to visit the hotel again. i recommend the hotel for guests
