We are family of 5 and i took family room with 2 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. Very cozy Room & the bed was awesome! We love it! Very near walkable to Wollworth and restaurant just behind and around the hotel.

We had a decent stay at Hotel Nelson and really liked the location. It was a convenient place to stay, especially for exploring the area on foot. Location: The location was great. It’s close to the harbour and beach, and there are plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance. We found it really convenient for getting around and exploring the area. Cleanliness: The room was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. The space was also a good size and felt comfortable for our stay. Facilities: The facilities were decent and sufficient for what we needed during our visit. Downside: There were a few things that could be improved. The shower was probably the biggest issue for us. There wasn’t a detachable shower head with a hose, so we had to use the fixed wall-mounted shower head, and the water pressure was quite strong, which made showering a little uncomfortable. The soundproofing could also be better. As the hotel is beside a main road, we could hear some traffic noise from the room, especially at certain times. The lift was also faulty during our stay. Thankfully, we were only on the 2nd floor and could use the walk-up ramp instead, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience for us. Overall: A decent and convenient hotel, especially if location is important to you. The proximity to the harbour, beach and shops was definitely a highlight. There are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the shower and soundproofing, but overall we had a reasonably comfortable stay.

This is one of the best hotels in such a small town, very new and not very spacious. The bed is super comfortable, but there are no disposable slippers. It has a swimming pool, but I didn't have time to try it out. It's within walking distance to restaurants and a large supermarket. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic.
