Complementary breakfast could’ve been a little better than what they offered 

Hotel charged me twice. I paid when I booked using trip.com and when I left the hotel they charged my card again.

Place was clean staff very friendly and breakfast was great.

Hotel was clean, 10 mins from beach and in a great location. Will visit again!

Was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. They were working directly under our room at 8am on a sunday. Hammering and power tools and then the fire alarm went off and was told by the people in the hallway we had to evacuate. Was just a horrible morning. Consumers appreciate the fact that you want to improve your facility but please be mindful of your guests staying there especially on a weekend. The reason why we even stayed over night was to have a good nights rest after along Saturday evening. So it really was horrible to be woken up to banging and power tools when all I wanted was a good nights rest.

The location is near highways but the guests were very loud:( We were there for swim meet n needed to sleep but woke up few times bc the loud noises of people slamming doors.

Bed was amazing, I want the same bed in my home now, staff was great. The TV had no signal and wasn't working, but I didn't say anything about it because I thought it might be related to the blizzard somehow. I was working that day into the night and was going to the hospital again the next morning for another day shift. The only reason I booked the room the day before was because I knew I was working through the blizzard and I was going to need a plan. My hospital staff told me there was an agreement with the hotel for nurses to get a discount but reception said I couldn't get it when I checked in Sunday night because of the way I booked my room. It wasn't explained to me what that meant or told to me how much the discount would have been for. That's the only part that was kind of a let down.

Always clean friendly staff there was a sporting event so there were a lot of kids running up and down the halls everything else was good

The room, bathroom, and eating spaces were clean and well maintained. Due to recent construction the WiFi on the 4th floor and hvac did not work properly. The indoor pool and workout spaces were entirely too hot and either the pool color or water color made the pool uninviting. The staff was very courteous but options to pay for incidentals were limited. Overall, I believe the establishment has room to improve. I would probably not stay here again.
