Hampton Inn & Suites New Braunfels

Service was excellent. Staff very friendly. Very clean property. I would go back.

The room was very clean. The best smelling sheets. The two front desk people - night time and day time - were very friendly, helpful, and quick to serve! Well done!

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating after we complained that the hot water was not getting very hot, they moved us to another room and notified maintenance to investigate the reason why. The breakfast was also enjoyable. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Our go to place to stay when we travel to see our adult kid, her husband and their new baby. Perfectly located, always clean and friendly staff. We alway travel with pets and they are very accommodating every time.

So happy to find a great place to stay off the beaten path or I should say off I 10 in Texas. I would certainly stay here again.

Comfortable beds very clean room quite area and great walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores

Breakfast was not very good, construction was loud and happening right by the breakfast area during breakfast which I know things need worked on but it was not enjoyable listening to that while eating. Room was fine, clean, pillows were very fluffy, which is not comfortable to me.

You can always count on Hampton Inn & Suites to have comfortable, firm beds with many pillows, a clean room and quiet hallways. It's becoming my hotel of choice.

Our room was clean and ready for us. Staff was very pleasent. We enjoyed the breakfast. Its Always convenient to have our breakfast right there on site, so we can start our day without stopping someplace to eat. One suggestion it would have been nice to have juice at the breakfast.
