Best Western Inn Suites

Hotel was outdated on outside, updated on inside; good stay just not what I was expecting esthetically.

Rude staff, out of date EVERYTHING and full of dope fiend tweakers.

One of the taps in the bathroom shower was broken. And also, someone's shaving equipment was left behind.

Mildew smell is panpant in New Braunsfels hotels due to river activity being so popular there for tourism. This one had zero smell, HOWEVER whrilpool tub is getting old and loud. Don't book for the use of it. It did work tho.

Mary and Regina were super kind and helpful in showing us how to get to Greune and maneuvering Hwy 35. They made us feel like family!

Basic, Outdated Motel: ok for 1 night stay We booked this property as a quick rest stop since we couldn’t manage the full 8-hour drive home. I didn’t thoroughly check the reviews beforehand and grew a bit concerned afterward, especially about mentions of bed bugs. Fortunately, our room was clean in that regard. The accommodations were very basic and the motel felt outdated, which was noticeable since we usually stay in hotels. Indoor rooms were available for an additional cost. Breakfast was simple but fresh—pancakes and coffee were a solid start to the day. The surrounding area felt somewhat sketchy at night. Border patrol and local authorities were conducting stops with search dogs, which was unsettling but also made us feel safer knowing law enforcement was present. By day, the area seemed fine. Check-out was smooth, and the staff was friendly. Overall, it’s not a place I’d choose for an extended stay, but it served its purpose as a one-night stop.

It's older and rough on the edges but everything was clean and functional. Staff was polite.

Just DONT Absolutely disgusting! Checked out within the hour. Hair on the sheets and bugs on the nightstand, coming through the door since it didn’t close well, on the baseboards and trim. Looking and probably going to have to fight for our money back. Will NEVER go back and it left a gross taste in my mouth for Best Westerns as a whole!

Some areas need some attention. Door to room has to be lifted and wedged to be opened or closed. It is so very loud. Got locked in bathroom. Handle for shower fell off upon first use. AC struggles. Great things are the beds are so comfortable, nice size rooms and bathroom. Rooms were cleaned every day.
