Friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming. Clean, tidy room. Love the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers in the shower. Spacious rooms, comfy beds and lots of fluffy pillows. Excellent stay thus far.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. The staff was great. The hotel was clean except for a stain on the easy chair. My TV remote did not work. The pool was great.

I was under the impression that when the property gives you the option to pre-register, it would secure your requested preferences? How I know that it does not and seems pointless, is that there were 2 guests ahead of me checking in. They were NOT pre-registered and received 4th floor. I requested upper level and did not receive. This request was even submitted at the time of online reservation; therefore, I requested with ******* and hotel property. Lastly, the comfort of the mattress does not reflect the price that you pay. I think you pay for the "Wyndham" name! I have stayed at various hotels throughout my travels all around the world and this property value is not reflective of the quality.
