I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. My experience at the Lemon Tree & Home was a complete disaster from start to finish. Here are the major issues that make this place unacceptable: Deplorable hygiene: The room was incredibly dirty. The walls were stained, and the bedding was revolting. The sheets and pillows were a yellowish color from dirt, which is simply unacceptable for a place meant to host guests. Non-existent service: There was almost never anyone at the reception. If you needed help or had a problem, you were left completely on your own. The staff seemed entirely uninterested in the guests. Comfort and environment: The air conditioner wasn't working, making the room stifling. Furthermore, the smell of cigarette smoke was omnipresent because people were smoking in neighboring rooms without any intervention from management. This establishment desperately lacks maintenance and professionalism. For your health and comfort, look elsewhere and avoid this place.
