Triumph Luxury Hotel

I didn't like my stay at all... I was forced to pay an additional amount of money because I am Egyptian, even though the booking was confirmed with the same ID. I had to stay because the conference was held inside the hotel. The staff's service was not the best. The rooms were somewhat good, but the service was forgettable, like a three-star hotel. The facilities were not professional; it felt like everyone wasn't part of the hotel. You have to pay and get an invoice before ordering at the cafe in the reception area, unlike respectable places. They know you are a hotel guest, but they claim it's because there's a conference in the hotel and some guests order and don't pay. This excuse is worse than the crime itself. What's bad about this hotel is the large number of conferences held in its halls.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful, though I couldn't get used to the taste.

The rooms are incredibly spacious. The front desk staff and security were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. It's super convenient, just a 10-minute drive to the exhibition center. The front desk lady was incredibly nice, and I had a pleasant experience communicating with the front desk gentleman when I cancelled two days of my booking.

The lobby is huge, and the rooms are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The Wi-Fi speed is decent and generally meets basic needs. There's a mall about a ten-minute walk away with plenty of dining options.

The environment is comfortable, clean and tidy.
