Tolip Family Park Hotel

First, the hotel is old, and all the facilities are from more than ten years ago, there are no convenience stores within one kilometer, and there are no places to eat. Second, the safety of the hotel is not guaranteed. My colleague and I lost cash, even when it was placed in a room safe box . I need to thank the thief who visited my wallet in the hotel, I thank him for not taking all of our cash and leaving us some money. He is really kind-hearted thief ! The hotel management expressed sympathy for our situation.😮💨I am an experienced traveler who has visited almost all countries in the world. I have stayed in all five-star hotels and felt very good, except for Tolip. Unfortunately, this incident completely shattered my good feelings about Egypt, because this was my first time in this great country.

They need to focus on cleaning facilities and rooms

Room 2035 (family room) Such a terrible choice that I'm regretting. I booked a family room and I was placed in an old room that looks nothing like the pictures. There was supposed to be one queen bed and two single beds as per describtion, but I was given a room with one double bed and a sofa bed, water and towels enough for 2 but we are 3 people in the booking. The room was old, not clean, there were coffee stains on the sofa bed and on the wall, one lamp is missing, smelly bathroom with no bathtub. I hated it! There ia no way this is a 5 stars hotel, 4 stars Max. I had ankther night booked with them but I will for sure cancel. Save your money and don't stay here, my advise!

The cleanliness is acceptable but not outstanding. The food service is very affordable. However, the amenities are limited—there is no spa or massage room available, as it has been closed for a long time despite what is mentioned on Trip.com.

Amazing stay

Worst hotel. Someone stolen my money from my wallet in my room. But all hotel staff did not tried to solve my situation. Be careful everyone. It was the worst experience of my numerous business trips.
