The room is clean and big. The hotel is close to a shopping mall. You can walk to the mall. All staff are very nice and helpful .. the security guards, front desk, cleaning staff and restaurant staff. I recommend this hotel if you want good value for money and good service.

All the staff are enthusiastic about providing service. I chose this hotel because it's close to the shopping mall, but I think the wonderful staff make it worth the choice.

The staff was very accommodating. We were shocked to find such a gem. Has a lot less recognition than it deserves. The staff tended to all our needs and even helped us with our extra needs.

Zone Connect was a great experience and perfect for us as a family travelling to Delhi for the first time, especially after a very bad experience at another place for the first night. The staff were friendly, attentive and highly professional. The rooms were perfect for what we wanted and location was spot on right next to a great shopping centre. From the front desk staff (Bhuwan, Dipit, Abdul and others) through to the staff at the entrance and cleaners, everyone was amazing and very hospitable. They also helped arrange a trip to Taj Mahal for us which led to another great experience). Thank you to all and we will definitely be back and recommend Zone Connect (Saket) to anyone going to Delhi!

The hotel is in a good location and the dining area is pleasant. However, the rooms themselves feel very average. I stayed during winter and set the heater to the maximum (30°C / 80°F), but the room never felt warmer than about 18°C / 65°F. The shower also barely got warm, which was especially uncomfortable in cold weather. In addition, the room curtain was broken, so I could not see outside the window. Based on this experience, I would choose a different hotel next time.
