The Estate Villa

The vibe of the villa is old European house. It was like a secret and quiet heaven beside the busy and noisy streets. Every staff was helpful and their hospitality was great. If you'd like to relax and have some fresh air, i would definitely recommend this place! If i have to complain, the bed was little squeaky. Other than that i would definitely choose this place if i'll visit delhi again.

I loved my time at The Estate Villa and plan to return if I come to Delhi again. The villa can be found in the south part of Delhi. One door opens from a busy side road (but I loved the shops), while there is a quiet, green garden on the other side where it's easy to arrange a taxi pick up. They offer dinner (an excellent thali, both veg and non-veg). Our room had an en-suite bathroom. Everything was very clean. The rooms and the place in general has nice, friendly touches which turn it into a home away from home. All the people working at The Estate Villa were friendly and helpful, Amy especially so. I had an early flight (waking up at 3 AM) and despite the early hour I received help bringing my luggage to the taxi and even a phone call to make sure I don't oversleep. And help with organizing a taxi for the middle of the night. I was very impressed by how the place is run and the incredible people there. They also have great books. All in all, I'm looking forward to stay there again (and a bit longer) and strongly recommend the place. And I hope Amy stays there for long as her friendly manner is a huge plus when booking! 5 stars.

The hotel shows some signs of wear, but the atmosphere and experience are first rate. The decor and service remind one of what travel in an earlier time in India's history must have been like. The manager Amy was especially helpful and made extra effort to get my medication replaced when I ran out. She also helped arrange transportation to an very early yoga seminar that I was part of which, I could not be late to. I especially appreciate her willingness to stop whatever she was doing to attend to my needs in a pleasant and friendly manner. I stayed at newer and more luxurious hotels during my travels but my stay at the Estate Villa was definitely a highlight in terms of service.

We enjoyed our stay at the Estate Villa, it was comfortable and the staff warm and gracious. It was in walking distance to hail a cab or tuktuk if you don't have a car. The lunch served was large portions so if there are two of you, one meal would be sufficient. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a calm, tranquil, and peaceful place to stay in. As you leave the busy street outside and step into the Estate Villa, you are transported into a calm home. It is traditionally run and traditionally furnished. You are welcomed by the Lovely staff and Amy,who is an angel. Clean and tidy, and traditional food is served. Lovely garden to sit in. The only consideration to be mindful of is that there are some stairs.
