Stay away!! Worst hostel in Delhi!! Dirty and smelly, very rude staff! Don’t consider by no chance booking a tour with them, I imagine it could be the worst experience of your life! Grade is -5

This is definitely a bad hotel to stay at. First, there are no windows in the room, so there is no ventilation. As a result, the room is very smelly and damp all the time. To make matters worse, the beds are not well-maintained, so the sheets always smell like they're dry. There's no natural light coming in, so it's hard to tell if it's morning or night when you're in the room. I was extremely stressed... Location is also not good. Located in a slum area, many backpackers come here to stay. Partly because of this, scams targeting foreigners seem to be rampant. There were many kind people and I enjoyed interacting with the residents, but I was also a little tired. I think there are better hotels in the same price range. If possible, I think it would be more stress-free to stay at a slightly more expensive hotel.

Sahid is s great perso, he is kind, honest and knows very well what you need to know when arriving in Delhi for the first time. He and his team helped us with everything. They also run other hotels in Rajasthan and can help you plan a longer visit. The location is great, next to the station and the Grand Bazaar is something to be experienced. The room was ok although the bathroom window didn't close and the rooms was a bit cold to stay there in those days of January. They had a nice duvet so we slept well. They help you with taxis, sim card, money exchange and anything you need.

Hotels pretty decent for Delhi/India standards. AC works well and rooms were comfortable. Atmosphere was amazing and met some lovely backpackers here. Couldn't rate the staff here high enough. Felt well out of our depth arriving in New Delhi with only a rough plan of what we wanted to do. Vicky, the ever gracious host, helped us plan a full 6 week trip, where he made some great recommendations. Helped us with best travel type/route, organised our airport transfers, helped us with hotels in each city - the guys just unbelievably well connected in India. Oh, and without fail he contacted us every day to see how we were and if there was anything he could do to help. When things didn't go to plan due to traffic, he rearranged the next day and got us back on track. This trip would've been a mess without him and Raj.
