Hotel Luxe Stay - IGI Airport Delhi

I recently stayed at hotel Luxe Stay and such a pleasant experience, The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. I genuinely enjoy my time here and would have to visit again 👍

The receptionist was so rude and asked for extra money to pay at the hotel.Apart from that it was clearly mentioned in my booking that they will serve breakfast and I can check out before 14.00 but he denied even after showing the whole booking.Cleanliness was okay.

They want to charge him about breakfast food which includes booking water bottle for the room, when he arrived the receptionist want him to give him money before he will give him keys to his room but when he refused to give he want him out of hotel later he give him 40 rupee before he give him the key, why we don't understand

They changed my hotel to another location which is the Hotel Armani Elite By Tranquil Group saying it’s their property and then the check out time was before 2 pm but they forced me to leave by 1 even after I requested them to let me check out at 2pm as I have a late night flight .

The staff was friendly professional. And always ready to help The rooms were spacious and neat and clean Near by airport thankyou all team
