Hotel it self were nice. However, as a Japanese, We like to have a BATH TUB in my room and when I made this reservation, I asked for it. However when I checked in, I was told this hotel do not have the bathtub except Suits. If this was told by return mail, I did not reserve this hotel. So return to my mail,pls! Was very very disappointed. And the food , do not valued as the price.

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were plentiful, and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel was very comfortable, and the bed was just the right firmness, making for a great night's sleep! The Housekeeping staff were also very polite.

The hotel is not bad, and in a good location if you have appointments in central or north New Delhi. One terrible experience: the thumping loud house music at breakfast time made me (and I assume other guests) leave the restaurant as quickly as possible. Inexplicable. Big compliment to the door and security staff. They were consistently the most friendly and helpful staff in the hotel. Thank you.
