Novotel New Delhi City Centre

It was in a good location and breakfast was amazing, we can take free water anytime and I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and gym!

Great Hotel in New Delhi! I really liked the staff, who were very helpful and friendly. The room was big and clean. Breakfast had a lot of food. Rooftop pool was perfect for the 42° weather.

We have agood sleep for 3 night, staff have a great service minded. Good quality breakfast. Good location as most of the auto driver know it.

The hotel stay was overall very satisfied. I have stayed in this Novotel for 5 nights and the hospitality was amazing. The location is pretty much not far from most attractions, MRT can be reached via a tuktuk ride but not so convenient to walk. Nevertheless, the hotel location set back from the main road restricting noisy honking sound in the room. The breakfast was nice, there are plenty of Western selections and abundant of Indian food selections. I really appreciate that they do have pork production in the buffet line.

The room was excellent bed and pillow were very good, cleanliness was excellent.Anmol was very helpful , food was great.. amazing

The hotel is very good and looks more than fine but the service is poor compared to where i’ve been especially in india i would recommend them to train their staff more about being kind, it’s only that what i didn’t like, the pool view is so beautiful and the dinning is bit expensive not worth it really.
