It’s a very nice hotel. From the airport to this hotel about 6km & the pre paid taxi cost INR1000, journey about 10-15 mins.
It’s located at Aerocity. It’s a nice spacious room. Most of the cabin crew stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Aerocity New Delhi! The hotel is modern, clean, and very conveniently located near the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was delicious. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Very close to the Airport. Nice place to rest, relax and move especially after a long flight. They had a wide range of options for breakfast and lunch.

I had a terrible experience at the front desk at few different times.
1. My friend was visiting me at the hotel for about 15 minutes and they got us back out of the elevator to the front desk just so they can see or register her ID only for 15 minutes.
2. They were asking that they’re going to charge me more just because my friend was visiting me after 10 PM only for 15 minutes they were trying to charge.
3. I stood at the lobby at the front desk for 18 minutes just so I can check out they were so busy doing other things. So I just left my keys and I just took off because I had to catch a flight
I probably won’t be going back to Novotel anymore
