Aloft by Marriott New Delhi Aerocity

I stayed for 2 nights on a trip. The hotel was easily accessible from the airport, only about a 15-minute ride. The room was very clean and tidy. It was helpful that drinking water was provided in the room. The shower pressure was also sufficient. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped with currency exchange and breaking large bills.

My flight was in the morning, so I stayed at a hotel near the airport. They were very flexible during my stay. My flight was delayed, and I requested an extended stay, an additional breakfast, and laundry service, all of which they accommodated. Although the extended stay was unexpected, there are souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance, so I got to experience a different side of India.

Conveniently located near the airport, this hotel offered a level of cleanliness and service that felt uncharacteristic of India. It was reassuring to spend my last night here before flying home.

This hotel is conveniently located, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. The staff are friendly and attentive, responding promptly to any requests. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, offering great value for money. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

I requested a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. There was a clear smell of smoke upon entering, and an ashtray with matches was on the table. Since I arrived late at night, I couldn't be bothered to switch rooms. The location is excellent, which is a significant plus.

It was okay, but there really wasn't much to eat for breakfast. Next time, I'll probably switch back to Marriott. The room itself was quite new.

This was my first stay here, and I was very impressed. The facilities are clean, and having a Japanese restaurant on the first floor is a huge plus. The room size was just right – it's definitely a hotel that Japanese travelers would appreciate.
