Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity New Delhi

The hotel is not good for business requirements and they try to charge more.

good location and services. But wifi is not good condition.

The hotel is very conveniently located for this who’re looking for a place to stay during a long layover. However, don’t expect anything great. The service is not good, unreliable WiFi and the rooms have a mouldy smell. There is a swimming pool but not sure if anyone would want to use it given the air quality in the city.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. Their location is good but the breakfast is great!

The staff are not good at all- they made the staff much less enjoyable than it should have been. Not a great help at all sorry to say.

It was close to the prime establishments and the hotel facilities were topnotch! Looking forward to staying here again

The front desk doesn’t pick up calls from rooms easily They also didn’t get back to me after three four calls regarding my wifi password that didn’t work

Great, Morning food basket , service staff and the hotel support staff, will eagerly help you out on everything if you are stuck. The Ground staff, including security , cleaning staff is back backboneand deserves special accolades for this hotel. But the reception desk definitely needs a pull up,they are slow to respond , not very keen to resolve ur issues. Great place on location point.
