I stayed in a dormitory room, which was very spacious and had excellent air conditioning. The large lockers were also great.

Not a bad hostel for India. A bit expensive, of course. The room is not hot, ceiling fans and air conditioning are working. Two bathrooms. Large lockable lockers for storing things. There is food delivery to your room, but it is also a little expensive - if you go outside, you can find somewhere to eat 2-3 times cheaper.

The hotel is a little scary at night because you have to turn off the main road and go down an alley, but the staff are very kind. There is no hair dryer provided, but they will lend one to you if you ask.

Good location to Caunought Place. Easy to grap a tuk tuk to sites. The hotel had room service for breakfast at very reasonable price and they arranged a city tour.

Hotel off Main Bazaar Rd, close to New Delhi station & Metro….staff friendly, only too happy to fix problems . Hot water erratic, tv not working..good a/c & excellent bed..

On the morning of the day of my stay, I received a WhatsApp message from the hotel with tips on how to get to the hotel, landmarks, and arrival time confirmation.
I contacted them to say that my arrival would be later than expected because it took a long time to enter the country, and they replied right away, so I felt relieved.
I took the Delhi Metro from the airport.
After getting off at Delhi Station on the metro, take the escalator to the ground, cross the footbridge, and get off on the other side of the station. The entrance to the Main Bazaar is right in front of you.
From there, walk for a few minutes and enter the alley with an AXIS BANK ATM on the right. After a while, turn right into the alley with SB Guest House on the right.
There is no elevator.
I stayed in December, so the shower had hot water.
There is no hair dryer in the room, but you can borrow one at the front desk.
After checking out, they kept my luggage for me.
The alley entrance is a men's public toilet, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel for those who are sensitive about such things, but the hotel is well-cleaned, the staff are friendly, there are ***y restaurants nearby, and it's easily accessible by bus and metro, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
