We checked-in to two dorms (Room No. 102 and 203). The dorm was filled with mosquitoes. We raised complaints on the app, there was no response from the property ***ager. Disgusted! We decided to check-out. At reception, we shared our grievance but all the receptionist said was "Okay. Bye." That's GoStops Customer Service, new lows indeed. I have been staying in this property since 2018. Now, it disheartens me to see that they can't even provide a clean and insects-free dorm to their guests. Also, the zero help from the hotel staff was very disappointing.
