Traveling solo, the hotel offered breakfast to go and DIY dinner. The room was a bit dated, and the mattress was too soft. The front desk staff wasn't focused, jumping from one task to another, which led to a very long check-in process. They also asked for a lot of personal information during that time.

The breakfast buffet was horrible absolutely terrible! There wasn’t a single piece of chicken, and 98% of the food was Indian dishes. We saw so many foreigners walking around the buffet just staring at the food, not knowing what to eat. What’s shocking is that when we ordered from their restaurant, the food was expensive but truly delicious! So how can the buffet be so bad while the restaurant food is amazing? It really feels like they’re deliberately making the buffet awful so people don’t eat it. On top of that, the rooms were run down and horrible definitely not worth the price. The only good thing was the staff, who were kind and polite. But overall, this place was a big disappointment. Never coming back again!

I have stayed here last year but service has gone down also carpets in corridor needs replacing. Rooms were quite comfortable but not a good value for money and defintely not 5 star anymore.

The Lalit use to be a great hotel . It is looking a bit tired and scruffy . Breakfast offering was poor . Limited fruits / make your own instant coffee . Chai served in coffee mugs
