For a 2-Michelin-Key hotel, this level of mismanagement is unacceptable. After my room door was opened unexpectedly, the manager handled the incident well and offered compensation (car to dinner + late checkout). I accepted an older hotel taxi when BMWs were said to be unavailable. At checkout, I was still charged for that taxi — at a higher rate than Uber Black. This completely undermines the so-called “compensation.” Good individual response from the manager, but the internal coordination is seriously lacking

This is a must-stay hotel in New Delhi, India, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend booking the package that includes two meals: breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet was the most extensive I've had in India, featuring smoked salmon, Eggs Benedict, detox smoothies, and a wide variety of delicious drinks and food. Dinner was even more outstanding, with fine-dining level à la carte options, plus a buffet for appetizers and desserts. It was incredibly generous and tasted absolutely fantastic. When we mentioned it was a birthday, we received a delicious chocolate birthday cake, and the staff sang a birthday song in Indian English. All the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

A truly beautiful hotel, part of an excellent hotel chain in India. The soundproofing is fantastic; I celebrated New Year's Eve there, and by 00:30 I was comfortably back in my room sleeping, with almost no street noise audible. The breakfast was delicious, and the massage was great. Everything was superb! P.S. You don't even need to leave the hotel – it's like an apocalypse outside!

The service was exemplary until check out! Getting charges on tons of items we didn't consume, including room charges we've prepaid via Trip.com. It was an extremely stressful experience on departure despite calling a night before to ask the team to prepare the bill. We love the hotel, but let down at check-out.
