On the House - Bed and Breakfast

The hotel is a lovely home stay. For the hotel bed and breakfast it’s ok, but the price is quite high imho. The room is very authentic with a lot of decor. But the towels and bed sheet should be already be changed, they are grey and smelly. The stuff is extremely helpful and friendly, can help you with everything. The breakfast is ok, not much choice to eat, toast, bread, butter, fruits, eggs and corn flakes.

The home was very well appointed. So many beautiful things to look at.

Hotel Review: A Nightmare Stay Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of dreadful. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this establishment had no understanding of hospitality. Firstly, there was no one to greet us upon arrival. We waited a full ten minutes before anyone came to check us in, setting the tone for an unprofessional and disorganized experience. The hotel is located on the second floor of a building, which wouldn’t have been an issue if they had mentioned the narrow, steep staircase in advance. We were left to struggle with our own luggage up the stairs without any assistance. Adding insult to injury, they demanded payment before we were even shown the rooms. This might have been acceptable if the rooms were remotely decent, but they were far from it. The paint was literally crumbling off the walls, and the entire place felt dilapidated and uncared for. The noise levels were unbearable. Staff seemed to have no regard for guests' privacy or comfort, clanging around at all hours. At 9:30 PM, they banged on my room door for no apparent reason, completely disrupting my evening. Checkout was equally invasive. Before I had even removed my luggage from the room, staff barged in without warning and began turning off the air conditioning. To make matters worse, the hotel was overrun with dogs and allowed indoor smoking, which made the entire place smell unpleasant and unhygienic. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. It’s simply not worth the hassle or the money.

Antiques at every corner, I wanted to take so many photos so sweet. Lovely terrace area Staff are kind English a little of a struggle for them. Clean and comfortable Breakfast was basic egg and toast Several flights of stairs to get up and staff weren’t there when I arrive 7pm at night so phone ahead.

Nice experience and sweet staff who were helpful and kind. Hotel had local variety of food available. Rooms had issue of condensation because of which airco need to be ON always, this can act for people who are not used to chill temperature

Fantastic location. It’s an oasis in a VERY busy city. South Delhi is quite green compared to Old Delhi. The staff are very helpful. Breakfasts were delicious. The rooms were large and clean. Would stay again.
