The best Hyatt regency hotel I’ve stayed at. Such beautiful interior. Rooms are a little dated. They could upgrade the facilities like hairdryer etc. But the hotel is 40+ years old so that’s understandable

Despite being a Hyatt brand, the price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I was very satisfied and would like to stay here again next time.

The water was clean, and the room was well-maintained. It was quiet since it's a bit far from the city center. It would have been even better if there was a convenience store nearby. A mini-mart within the hotel would be a great addition.

We initially had a very noisy room facing the street. We were able to switch rooms at 1 AM. What I find disappointing for a hotel like Hyatt is that there's absolutely nothing in the room for guests arriving late at night – no cookies, no fruit.

You can tell the building's a bit old. The carpet at the corridor really needs to be replaced; it's all lumpy and wrinkly, the floor itself is uneven. But, breakfast is pretty good with a nice selection of stuff!

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Nice of them to allow for late checkout as flight was late night. Didn’t see much shops or restaurant nearby hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable but room furnishing is rather dated.
