The room I was given was dirty and the toilet seat was not removed. I saw the staff cleaning it, but they were also wiping the table with the same mop they used to mop the floor. I plan to stay only for one day. Since it was an advance payment system, I made a reservation by paying in advance, but I looked for another accommodation and stayed there.

We visited this hotel on 17th of November 2022 with family. We went to Rameshwaram on a pilgrimage tour. The hotel Star Palace is located on a main road about 3 KM from the main temple. It has an ample parking space. The rooms very clean and spacious having good ambience. The food in the hotel was good. However, their service was little bit slow. I would recommend this hotel for your visit.

All facilities in hotels are excellent. Food was good. Hotel staff are super. Next time we will come in this hotel. I recommend this for my friends. I don't know Tamil but reception staff know Hindi. Nice

Poca variedad en comida Poco personal El servicio en la alberca es demasiado lento porque hay poco personal . Muy húmedas la habitaciones Sugerencia dar vasos más grandes . Como comentario el joven Juan de alberca muy atento . Esperemos para la próxima visita haya mejor servicio y más agilidad.

Venimos de Zamora Michoacán nos ospedamos en el hotel star palace y en recepción nos atendieron bien amables no entregaron las abitaciones rápido los cuartos está bien y limpios los meseros atienden bien son amables la comida está muy rica las albercas limpias y los servicios de snack muy bien atendidos .
