Radisson properties in New Delhi

Very mixed review here. I last stayed in late 2019. Not sure wth has happened ed but my gosh the hotel has gone down hill. Staff are lovely as always. However we moved my toom twice and it was just a nightmare. Mouldy ceiling. Mouldy damp AC. Filthy grout. In the hallway on floor 8 if you look at the ceiling there is obvious water damage. The hotel is tired and absolutely needs renovating. Im rebooked again out of location for my trip (business room this time) I have no clue what to expect. If no better, Ill bail. Thi g is, its not just this one. Dwarka and even the airport raddison blu are suffering the same issues. Jin Jiang International need to sort their brand and fast.

Very friendly staff. Specially the security guards including Mr Daulat who helped a lot with address and luggage issues. The managers and the employees were very kind and polite as well. Overall wonderful stay ! Will come back again

It's a new hotel that, on the surface, looks like a decent option. My personal experience wasn't great. There was hammering/drilling every morning at 9am. The fitness room was being renovated - there was no mention of this when booking. The Pillows in the room were one type and was causing me neck pain, when I asked if they had any other pillows, I wss told there's only 1 type. The location is terrible - there is gridlock traffic outside the hotel and I would advise you to book an uber at least 20 mins earlier than you need it as it will invariably arrive late. I would not stay here again mainly because of the issues with the location. All my other complaints, could be improved upon if the hotel management wants to.

It was a very pleasant experience at the place, the checkin experience was quick and smooth, rooms was comfortable and cleaned with utmost care, i couldn’t spot dust even on the deep corners. Loved the buffet breakfast. I was there for an official meeting and stayed for 2 nights. The stay was perfect for me.

The room layout was well-designed, cozy, and comfortable. The service was prompt and responsive to our needs. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were all very polite. We had a very satisfying stay and found it convenient being close to the airport.

Convenient location for flight connections in Delhi. It's about a 30-40 minute ride from the airport by metro (operating from 5:30 AM to 11:30 PM) or taxi. They upgraded our room category, but couldn't confirm our request for two beds. The rooms are quite noisy.

It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport. The surrounding area is still under construction. The hotel room has a sofa and enough space. The facilities are a little old, but the hygiene is fine. The service staff are nice.
