Flew in for Fat Tuesday expecting the hotel to be a mad house, turns out it’s half residential living as well. Lovely interiors, only annoyance was being charged $50 to access room early that was already clean & ready.

I was very pleased with the stay at the Memior warehouse. The only few things I have to say about the property is, it was listed as a two bed two bath, they do not have two bed two bath Apts. Also, the televisions in either part of the apt didn't work ,so watching local news was out of the question. Over all a nice apt/hotel to enjoy your stay.

I loved everything about this property. I will definitely stay here anytime I'm in New Orleans. With a kitchen and washer-n-dryer in your suite. Great homely feeling as a hotel. LOVE this place!!!!

Clean. Modern. Great location. The rooms need a full length mirror and heads up, there are no TV channels built into the TV. You have to use your own apps and multi cast to the TV renters need to provide their own access to things like Apple TV or HBO Max, etc.

Poor water pressure. Room smells and sprays and portable filter don’t help. First room had issues with lights. They did swap us into a new room. One of the younger male night front desk clerks is rude. I asked him for a replacement key and he gave attitude. I told him never mind and handled it the next day with someone else.

This location is cool and ideal for a longer stay. The washer and dryer in the room was clutch. The pool and car were really nice. Great location with easy access to the convention center and French quarter. The only issue was the bed size. I assumed booking a suite would include a king bed but it was barely a queen if that!
