Very old hotel and unclean carpet. Staff service extremely slow. It took me 30 minutes to get my car using valet parking. I don't understand how this hotel got this rating. The price at this level hotel is ironic. Don't book.

Easy walk to Art galleries and so many great places to eat. The Peacock Room is excellent. Pay parking across the street.

carpet in room was rather worn and some painted areas needed repair but overall hotel was nice. LOVE the staff!
