Nobody should stay here as I believe it to be a health hazard. My wife and I had incredibly bad indoor allergies while inside the room. We were barely able to sleep; we were sneezing and coughing regularly along with runny nose and sinus issues. We didn’t really have any issues when outside or indoors in other buildings. It was so bad we booked another hotel and left the hotel a day early. Our allergies cleared up when staying at the new hotel.
Upon inspecting the air vent found a lot of dust. There was also a dead roach in the bathroom when we arrived. The floor was dusty as well.
The service was poor too. The room didn’t have a ‘do not disturb sign’ and we had to ask for one twice. The first time they said they’d send it to the room, but after a few hours we had to ask again and they gave us ‘the last one’. At night they seemed to only have one employee working who was overwhelmed with the amount of people needing help. There was a long line of people needing help at the desk.
The small issues could be overlooked, but the health issues we had made us waste money getting a whole new hotel room at the last minute. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would.
