Inn on St. Ann, a French Quarter Guest Houses Property

Great location to explore the town and surrounding sites. The WiFi signal was very poor and did expect a kettle as not everyone drinks coffee. The room was dated but the beds were very comfortable, it was spacious but we did have to move rooms as initially only provided one bed. Bathroom provided toiletries which was nice but could have been cleaner as hairs present on the floor. The food was not as tasty as I’d hoped, I did not find it appealing and was hoping for more authentic cuisine. All the restaurants provided the same menu, so disappointing. Good sites seeing, nice music and bands. No more than 5 days needed to cover all attractions.

The location is very convenient and walkable to different tours, authentic restaurants and sightseeing places.

The location and the room were wonderful! But if you’re looking for a more modern hotel with a staff at your beck and call? Look somewhere else! I really enjoyed start there because of the vibe, but it could use an update for sure. Just depends on what you want from a hotel in Nee Orleans. I liked it but can see why others would not.

Was on a motorcycle trip and stopped in New Orleans. The stay was fine. The only problem is that no one is there to check you in and no one at front desk most of the day. You have a phone that the door to call and staff walks over from another hotel and checks you in. It is close to everything. I enjoyed my stay. The info where to park once after checking in was helpful for those who don't mind walking. Not made for being handicapped. I enjoyed my stay.

Since we arrived no one to check us in , had my special needs son with , we were dropped off at the property , someone eventually told us to walk couple blocks to another hotel . There theybrrr helpful , but said we were moved to another property , another mile walk almost at night . I assume a full refund is being issued ?

No attendant @ Front Desk. Had to call Inn on St. Peter for all assistance. Had to request paper products for the bathroom daily. One day r room wasn’t even prepared. Very disappointed from prior stays. Stayed @ the main house for the first time. Very/very noisy.

When we first arrive the hotel, the door is locked, we have to call , then the staff come to open the door for us, after we got room card, we can get in hotel door and room.

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. Dewayne was very nice and welcoming. Gave really good spots to try for food. Everything is walking distance to what you would want to find and to have fun ⚜️🐊🤍
