Best Western New Smyrna Beach Hotel Suites

Very nice location with access to the beach. The pool was open, and the parking was ok. A few cons are they don't allow smoking on the property, and they allow dogs, so the smell of dirty, wet dogs can be bad at times.

Nice room and location but front desk service is not good. People in front desk look not happy and not able to help

No toiletries in bathroom, used coffee cups in room. Beach sand on beds, broken toothpick in bed, dirty wash rag still in bathtub, had to ask desk for extra towels and wash rags. No one from housekeeping came by to restock anything until the evening before we checked out, parking for hotel was advertised $23.00 dollars a night but I was charged $25.00. This place was a huge disappointment. The only thing positive to mention was the view from the room.

Brittany was very friendly, but the Guy at the front desk did not want to be bothered, and we could tell he did not want to be there.

Great ocean front property and very easy to access beach. Room was clean but 2 of the doors to the balcony did not lock. Restaurant breakfast food could be better. The staff at the front desk needs to be a little more friendly when receiving guests.

Perfect beach view and sunrises! Quick check in. Staff was friendly enough. Property seems old but kept up. Saw two roaches in bathroom. Bed was kinda hard. Location males up for these issues.

I cancelled a week ahead due to medical problems and I was still charged for 1 night stay. Will never use ********** again as I followed their cancellation process.

At the last minute, we decided to stay at new Smyrna Beach. We’ve stayed at the best Western a few years ago and had a very nice time. The views are fabulous and the staff was excellent.

Clean room with great ocean and pool view. They have a refrigerator and microwave but no longer have any plates, cups or silverware. You can get plastic stuff by the front desk. That was the only negative.
