The Riverview Hotel - New Smyrna Beach

Absolutely LOVE this property!!! This place is amazing and cannot wait to go back. The hotel is beautiful and amazingly clean and felt right at home. The staff were super fantastic. I have not stayed in a better place. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much

Loved this pretty hotel! More like a Air BnB with coffee and water in the lobby and cookies any time! Loved our balcony and the sunset view! The staff was so nice and the room was wonderful!! Will stay here again!

Very safe quaint and comfortable place to enjoy. I stay here 2-3 times a year an always enjoyable. Bonus are the sheets that are so soft and luxurious!

Best place to stay in NSB. Quaint and quiet with excellent amenities and breakfast. Within walking distance of the beach and all shops. Lovely place to stay and relax.

Staff was very nice and the hotel was pretty. We didnt use the spa so no feedback for that. Biggest issues during our stay were the parking and the proximity of this hotel to the drawbridge. Our room and another next to us I would guess are the worst rooms in the hotel. I had read a review when booking to avoid room 210. Add 207 to that list.View of the bridge, loud noise into the late evening. I have a sports car and finding a good place to park was a task. Crowded parking they share with restaurant and spa. One area is a dirt lot. If I return to the area, planning to stay elsewhere.

The mattress had dips in the middle on both sides of the bed and I couldn’t figure out how to get the heat on and neither could the front desk agent so it was about 50 degrees in my room. On a positive note, I received two vouchers for a delightful breakfast place next door to the Inn. It is a good location for all the shops on Flagler and not far from the beach.

Such a really nice, historic hotel with beautiful river views. The staff is overly nice, the store has lots of items that are surprisingly reasonably priced and the included breakfast at the Mermaid Cafe was fantastic! Will definitely stay again.

The location by the inlet was very cool, the Riverview grill next door overlooking the inlet was very good and convenient, the breakfast included at the cafe next door was really nice to have, nice walk down Flagler to the beach, with plenty of shops along the way. Coffee/tea available in lobby, and staff friendly with a nice mom/pop feel. The building is historic and charming but the walls were a bit thin so we heard more than we needed to! Overall it was a great value and cozy overnight stop.

Room was clean and lobby was comfortable. All staff was great. Didn't use spa or pool.
