Fullon properties in New Taipei City

Upon check in there are too many staff during our check in in front desk but no one dare to ask for assistance unless you are the one will initiate it, i have been in different hotels before but this kind of service in the front desk is common i just don’t want to address it’s too obvious, they need more training maybe., one guy is very well in speaking in english is the one can show up hospitality the other is i don’t know, the room is narrow but we still find way to make ourselves comfortable since we will be staying for just a night enough to rest. The breakfast is good the staff is very good we understand the language is a little bit complicated but we appreciated the effort to communicate we love them for that they are much more good having interaction with their guest unlike in front desk. The sauna is out of order during our stay so we didn’t feel it’s kinda value for money since most of the facilities is out of service.

Two 1.8-meter beds, a huge room with direct sea views. Facilities: Decent. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Quiet. Service: Excellent breakfast service, recommend the prickly ash noodles and sweet potatoes. They can also arrange a taxi for you.

Let me start with the advantages. Guests can use the underground parking lot for free. The double room is large, the bed is very comfortable, there are many TV channels, and there are welcome snacks. The downside is that the air conditioning in the room had problems when we checked in. It was very cold, and the service staff couldn't handle it. They pushed the electric heater over, but it didn't work very well. And because we had children living with us, we were afraid they might get burned, so we returned it after using it once. We reported the situation to the service staff again and asked to change rooms. The service staff agreed to change rooms, but actually said that it might still be just as cold. I personally think that this way of expression is not appropriate, so we asked that the air conditioning in the changed room must be normal. Finally, after the service staff accompanied us to confirm that there was no problem with the changed room, we changed rooms. Everything returned to normal and we could relax and rest.
