CHECK inn Express New Taipei Tamsui

The location is great and very convenient, but the room setup is truly awful. The pillows smelled so strongly of grease, it was disgusting! ********* domestic travel really needs to step up its game.

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel, and it's always a good experience! 👍 This time, I booked too late, so there weren't many room types left. I ended up getting a windowless room. It was a bit small but still pretty decent. The hotel is super conveniently located on the 7th floor of the mall right opposite Tamsui MRT Station.

I was incredibly lucky on my first stay at Check Inn Tamsui to meet the wonderfully enthusiastic housekeeper, Eva. She was so friendly and gave me a great introduction to the local area. We ended up staying three times in a row, and having Eva around felt like having a family member; she'd check in on us so thoughtfully every day. I genuinely looked forward to seeing her again each day, as it's not every hotel where you find such kind service. Although the room was a bit small, her friendliness completely made us forget about it 😊. The location is close to Tamsui MRT station. I really hope you can expand your hotel to more floors so more people can book rooms. I tried to book again later but it was completely sold out! 😅 I hope this can be improved soon, thank you. Thank you also for specially preparing a baby tub, a small chair, and a water scoop for my baby; it made bath time so much easier 😊. I look forward to seeing Eva again next time. The location is super convenient for getting around. There are buses, MRT, and light rail nearby, so you can easily reach all the attractions depending on your itinerary.
