Front desk lady accommodated me to a better room upon my request which i really liked, service was good. Location is okay, makes total sense for the price. Good value to money hotel. Room view was nice.

Location was good, 10 min walk to the F train that goes everywhere. Very clean and new hotel. Customer service was great.
