Check yourself in to our sparkling clean and comfortable apartment with all the amenities you need to enjoy a great stay. We have the fastest Internet available (400mbs!) so you can work from here or stream videos to your hearts content!
The apartment features a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and one and a half bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed that may be the most comfortable you've ever slept in! The half bedroom is accessed through the main bedroom, is small and cozy, and has a full sized bed and a crib.

Our check in and checkout process is entirely automated so you can come whenever you want after the 3pm checkin time. If you ever need anything my wife and I live nearby so don't hesitate to reach out and ask, we want you to have a 5 star experience and are here to help.
We are close to some really cool restaurants, a nice neighborhood park, and 5 minutes from the G train which gives you easy access to all of Brooklyn’s famous neighborhoods!
We are a 5 minute walk to the G train or 15min to the A/C.
You can get to downtown manhattan in 25 minutes or time square in 35 min. There are also express busses, zip car, and plenty of taxis (use Uber or Lyft apps to summon one to our front door) around to help you get where you need to go.
The house is on a brownstone block in a nice family neighborhood.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Pet Policy: Cats and small dogs (<30lbs) allowed for an extra fee per animal. Please indicate what type and size of animal you will be bringing in your initial message.
Dogs rule, dog (and cat) rules!
1) Email or bring proof of vaccinations.
2) Must be spayed/neutered or have a breeder of merit certificate from the AKC.
4) The mattress protectors provided must be used on all beds.
5) The dog must be in a kennel if left alone in the apartment. Also, the dog must be accustomed to being kennelled and not bark consistently when left alone.
6) The dog must be potty trained.
7) The dog must be at least 1 year old.
8) You must pick up after your dog when walking it around the neighborhood.
9) I may request to meet the dog on arrival or at some point during your stay. If I'm not satisfied that it meets my requirements (entirely up to my discretion) or if there are issues (like excessive barking or any damage or disturbance to neighbors), the animal will need to leave (or your reservation will be canceled without refund) and I'll give you a list of boarding facilities you can use at your own expense.
10) The number one issue with dogs is excessive barking disturbing our neighbors. If your dog is prone to barking alot while you are home or away please do not book as we will require you to remove the dog or have your booking canceled to protect our neighbors from the disturbance.
11) Your cleaning fee does NOT cover pet hair removal or cleaning up pet waste (urine, feces, litterbox, etc) Please clean up after your pet before checking out or you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee.
13) You are responsible for all damage your pet does to anything in the apartment and will be charged accordingly after post checkout inspection.
If you chose to book, it will be assumed you've read and agreed to these rules.

We really don’t want to charge you any fees, so please follow these rules and checkout on time. In our experience 99.999% of guest are wonderful, (just like you I assume!) These fines are for the very small fraction of folks who don't respect the rules.
We need to do this to make sure we have time to clean for you and the next guest.
If you checkout over 1 hour late you will also be charged our undiscounted day rate as a late checkout fee. Please note that does not grant you an extra day of occupancy, this is just a extra late checkout fee.

The maximum number of guests allowed during a stay is the number on your reservation. You are required to inform us of how many guests will be staying during your visit when you book.
Must be 25 and up to rent. For security purposes, please upload a copy of your photo ID, and a list of all guest full names and ages within 72 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.
No parties or events may take place on the property.
If you throw a party by having more than the number of guests on the reservation visit the listing we will cancel your reservation, call the police to evict you, and charge you an extra guest fee of $250 for each additional person you allowed to enter the building (the PUBLIC exterior entrance is monitored by a video camera 24/7 for your security and will be used as proof for any party and the associated charges). You will also be charged an additional fee of $500 to cover the cleaning time needed after a party. We have only had this problem once but it made us put this policy in place, so please do NOT book our place to throw a party and you won't need to worry about this!

Please note our home is a smoke free property. Failure to comply will result in a $250 fine for each room you smoke in based on what the cleaning person smells and needs to deodorize (this can add up very quickly), please never smoke in the house!
