The room was spacious, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The location was great – quiet yet central. However, the twin room had significant noise issues, and the bathroom was a bit small. I hope they can improve this in the future, perhaps by installing soundproof windows. On a side note, it was my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully sent a cake and sparkling wine, which was a lovely and heartwarming gesture.

It's great in all aspects, with an excellent location very close to the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. There are also many restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities are also good.

The room was okay, and the bedding was nice. But I encountered a huge cockroach in the bathroom 🪳, which was disgusting. I complained to the front desk, and they told me to email someone, but I never got a reply. The four-star service rating is for the hardworking staff.

An excellent hotel in downtown Manhattan. We've been staying there for years. They maintain a high level of service, the staff is friendly, and it's clean and comfortable in every way.

Hotel condition was good. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from the main street, but the conditions are good enough.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Times Square and Central Park. The doormen are all gentlemen
