Hyatt Regency Times Square

Great location, just a few steps from Times Square and close to Broadway theaters. The check-in staff were lovely; they allowed an early check-in and waived the fee.

The hotel has been fully renovated – everything is brand new. The room is large, modern, with a quiet air conditioner and a luxurious king-size bed. The lobby is nice, and the cocktails are delicious. There were no issues with getting the deposit back.

The hotel facilities are really old and run down, especially the restrooms and showers. They're super dated!

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the breakfast was a bit simple.

The location is fantastic, right next to Times Square in New York. Breakfast is included, though it's quite basic, just drinks and pastries. The facilities are relatively new. The only downside was the front desk staff; their attitude was a bit indifferent, perhaps because the hotel is so popular, but they were quite cold.

The room was quite spacious, and for Manhattan, the hotel itself felt relatively new.
