Trip.com claim that the hotel has luggage storage service. However, the hotel refused to store my luggage. The staff (woman) is unfriendly and seems do not know what she is doing. Although location is very convenient near Jamaica station. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! The hygiene is bad, with lots of dust Room is smelly and dirty, smell like ****. The drain is leaking, causing the whole floor of washroom is wet. Also, the tub is stuck. The location seems so unsafe:( Bad hotel I am very disappointed with the service on the day I check out.

I stayed there a couple nights but there was no house keeping during the stay. The room which was a bit smelly already before my check-in was just unthinkable!

Where do I even begin. When my sisters and I got to the room it had a very old smell. The sheets had stains that almost looked like old blood stains and down to the mattresses. Then when we looked at the pull out couches there were cigarette burns and some type of white residue that looked like someone’s ***** in the couch and the mattress for the sofa was very thin where it couldn’t be slept on. The staff at the hotel was very rude. House keeping was to no help at all…. I asked them if they had new sheets to put on the beds, when they came with the sheets those where also a mess and had a nasty smell. The floors were disgusting it looked like no one swept the hotel or mopped. At this time I was fed up to where I bought my own bleach and cleaning supplies and cleaned the room so we could sleep in there. I still can’t believe we traveled all the way from Atlanta to have to insure such horrible conditions. Never Again… if I could give this Hotel Zero Stars I definitely would. Don’t Stay Here 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 So glad to be back in Atlanta😂😮‍💨😮‍💨

The fact this is listed on *********** as an airport hotel is absolutely criminal. It is a 5 minute walk to a train that takes you to the airport, but otherwise it is an absolute monstrosity. I turned up with my partner at around midnight after a long flight and dread to think what someone who had brought their family/children would think. It’s in a very dodgy area and reception has very shifty people hanging around. Not quite sure why there were 2 mattresses on top of each other but they reeked. I wouldn’t have dared attempt to see what their breakfast was like. If like us you have to leave around 4am for the airport train, be prepared for a hellish walk through the local ************. Do yourselves a favour, pay more elsewhere and avoid this at all costs

It is by far the dirtiest hotel. There were burnt cigarette marks and stains on the sheets. There was hair all over the sheets and the bathroom. The bathroom sink was broken and water was leaking. The safe wasn't working. It was smelling of **** all over. When i complained, they moved me to another room which was the same state. There was dirt all over and left over cigarettes and chips packets. The ironing board was broken and was half sticking out of the wall. I cannot believe that such hotels are still operating.

I am a model/content creator. I booked this hotel solely for the aesthetics (neutral colored couch, no funky wallpaper, cute yellow desk chair) and I was able to get the room for a good price through my Hopper app. I booked the double bed room because it came with the couch/sofa bed. Again I booked this room to take pictures in and create content for my social media pages. WHEN I ARRIVED at the hotel at 6:45pm, I was told that my room was not ready yet and the staff were in the room currently getting it ready. Apparently they are short on their cleaning staff (which is terrible because this is a hotel and we are in a pandemic - cleanliness is key) So i waited a few minutes and was instructed to head upstairs. When I got there, the cleaning lady said she just had to empty the garbage. After doing so, I entered the room and had her call down to the front desk immediately (because the phone in the room doesn't even work. It looked like a $3 phone with no way of reaching the front desk) I asked the front desk why didn't I have the couch/sofabed and told him thats the room that I had booked - he told me all of the rooms with the sofabed are sold out. Not Cool. Once the cleaning lady left, I noticed that the room was NOT EVEN CLEANED at all. There was a wad of gum on the floor right next to the garbage can, a couple of fries on the floor by the beds, the floor was clearly unswept and dirty, bath towels had strands of hair on them. And on top of that, the sink and tub were clogged so I coudn't even enjoy a hot shower. Also the walls are paper thin and I could hear any commotion in the hall ways. There were cigarette burns on the comforter in multiple spots. The pictures for this hotel also need to be updated - its false advertisement. This was a completely horrible experience and a room at this hotel is not even worth $50...it gave a vibe that was more like a ran through motor inn. BOOK WITH CAUTION or better yet DO NOT BOOK at all. I would never come back here again.
