Conrad New York Downtown

Really a pleasant surprise for us! Initially, we planned to book another 5-star hotel, but due to the long weekend most places were fully booked, so we chose this one instead. We honestly didn’t have very high expectations at first, but the room completely exceeded them. It’s new, spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The staff are friendly, fast, and efficient. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a water filter machine in the room, along with complimentary water bottle  The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the view is lovely too. Definitely worth the money 🫶🏻

From the bellmen to the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff who came late to set up the sofa bed, everyone was exceptionally professional and pleasant. The room was facing the back of the building which I would usually not tolerate, but it was meant to be for a quick 1 night before a morning flight out. Ended up having to rebook for another extra night due to flight cancellation. The room would have been great if it weren't for looking into an office building. Room itself was great size and layout for 3 of us. Not fancy nor trendy, but it does a great job of positioning yourself in a convenient Downtown location with great outdoors right outside the doorstep for nice walks. Facilities 3, because we didn't use any and we don't know.

We loved the room. Fred at the front desk was very friendly. He arranged us to a room with the view of the Times Square which we loved! The view was gorgeous. This hotel made me feel valued as a customer . Fred is really the best! The breakfast was very delicious. We enjoyed it a lot! 10/10!
