The room was a tad small, but the location was good. Breakfast was ordered downstairs at the cafe bar. In such a prime location where space is at a premium, I couldn't expect too much.

Trip.com pricing is not final! I still have to pay $45 additionally per day for some other fees! Not cool.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making for a great experience. They even gave us a small souvenir! The room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. Extremely satisfied.

Facilities: All the amenities are brand new and fully equipped. Cleanliness: The place was impeccably clean. Location: The location is absolutely fantastic, just one block from Fifth Avenue. Plus, there's a Starbucks and a trendy 'I'm Dount?' donut shop conveniently located right downstairs.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! You step right out into Times Square, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bedding was comfortable and impeccably clean. Plus, after 10 PM, there are two fantastic pizza places just two blocks away.

Really loved our stay here! Right in the middle of Times Square, but pocket side so it's not as noisy. Super easy to commute, go to places and walk towards everwhere. Room was spacious, great value for how much and where it is located! 10/10 would go back again.

Great location, but the price is high during peak season. Breakfast isn't a buffet. Prices are much cheaper during the off-season, so there's a big fluctuation. They're quite accommodating; if a room is available, they'll let you check in early.

Overall the hotel was good. However, this hotel did not give the overseas customers the compensations on destination or city tax, unlike other hotels especially Hilton. Secondly, the front desk was not friendly. I requested my receipt to be mailed but I did not receive any. However, the housekeepers are polite and did their job excellently.

The hotel's location is excellent; despite being in a bustling area, the room was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bottled water was also generously supplied.

The only real positive about this hotel is its location. However, the overall environment, facilities, and room size/layout certainly don't justify the price. Furthermore, precisely because of its very central spot, the surrounding area is incredibly bustling, especially at night when it's absolutely swarming with people, shoulder to shoulder. This made getting back to the hotel after dinner a real challenge every evening.

The soundproofing was terrible. The front desk staff were unfriendly and didn't even bother to greet guests entering or leaving. The street outside was quite dirty. The overall standard felt more like a basic budget hotel. Very disappointing.
