I stay at this hotel every year when I come to New York, but this time it was the worst. Even with the air conditioning on full blast, it was still freezing; the blankets were dirty, and when I asked for a new one, they gave me a super thin one, which woke me up freezing in the middle of the night. The service is nowhere near as good as before, so I've decided to move to the Mandarin Oriental today.

The hotel room facilities are relatively old and the air conditioner is very noisy. The hotel booking was a bummer. The Central Park view room we were promised could only see the treetops.
