Facilities: A bit old. Hygiene: Acceptable. Environment: Great location on Wall Street, right in the heart of all the action. You can even go touch the Charging Bull. Service: Good. The restaurant is spacious and offers a wide variety of dishes. The staff are very welcoming.

The room was spacious and had a sofa 🛋️, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was decent. Times Square is right downstairs, and there's a subway station just a block away, making it very convenient to get to famous attractions. There's also a Jinmantang Chinese restaurant nearby with good food 👍. The hotel's front desk and cleaning staff were very warm and polite. The hotel offers free luggage storage, and you can get free bottled water by asking the front desk or calling. We stayed for 4 nights, and the room was cleaned daily.

The room is very spacious, and the breakfast offers a great variety. The location is fantastic, right outside Times Square! The staircase design is very stylish. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs, and it shows you which elevator number to take. Once inside the elevator, there's no need to press any buttons! The building is very tall, but it feels safe with the railings.

The room offers a view of Times Square, but it's not noisy at all. There's plenty of space in the room, and the elevators are quite interesting. There's a daily credit allowance, which is enough for one person to grab breakfast. Plus, there's a Starbucks downstairs, which is really convenient.

The hotel is right in the heart of Times Square. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of malls, souvenir shops, convenience stores, and popular restaurants – it's incredibly convenient. Although it's a Marriott property, it definitely doesn't live up to a five-star standard; it's more comparable to a budget hotel in China. The lobby is on the 8th floor, and you're pretty much on your own throughout your stay, with no real service to speak of. The room itself is very spacious, indeed over 30 square meters, so opening four suitcases at once is no problem. However, for those with higher expectations for a hotel, the room facilities and general environment are quite ordinary, especially considering the price isn't cheap at all. Even coming in the off-season in mid-November, it was nearly 3,000 per night.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in Times Square, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. Even though it's a large hotel with many guests, I never experienced any delays with the elevators or dining, which speaks to their incredibly well-organized operations—I'm quite impressed. There's a mandatory $40 daily charge, but since I would have been spending on food anyway, it felt like good value, especially with the added bonus of complimentary sightseeing tickets, with several options to choose from. Overall, I found it to be a very worthwhile expense!

The location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel itself is large and has a clean, modern design. While the rooms don't offer complimentary drinking water, you can get water from the lobby. There's also a free ice machine available on each floor.

A fantastic location. Can’t beat it. Just a big box hotel with not a lot of personalization or differentiation.

The renovated rooms are nice, though the bathroom is a tad small. The location is excellent, especially for those wanting to catch Broadway shows. The subway is just a short walk away, and it's incredibly convenient to head to Times Square early for photos – you'll have all the best spots to yourself.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to reach all attractions by subway. Upon check-in, an additional destination fee of $41 per night was required. This fee could be used towards purchases at the 8th-floor restaurant and the rooftop view restaurant, but the $41 credit was non-cumulative and had to be utilized daily. The outcome was that no matter how we tried to maximize it, we always ended up spending a few extra dollars each day. This destination fee truly felt like a trap: a shame to waste, but using it still meant additional expenses. Purified water was available on the 8th floor, allowing guests to fill their own bottles. Moreover, the room rate included one complimentary hotel perk voucher per night. During our stay, the perk was a choice of three options: a hop-on hop-off double-decker bus tour, entry to the Natural History Museum, or the Wax Museum. Finally, I must complain about the hotel's amenities. The bedsheets were torn, and the towels were old and worn. This completely shattered my perception of the Marriott brand. Then, there was the final billing process. The hotel's policy was to process payment first, then provide a detailed bill. The issue I encountered was that after paying by credit card, the bill surprisingly included an extra day's destination fee. After I reported this to the front desk, the recalculated bill then *undercharged* me for one day. I truly question if this is a problem with the hotel's billing system or simply human error. Ultimately, I still have to wait a week to receive a refund for the overcharged amount from the hotel.
